Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced self-motivated HVAC Installation supervisorr for our installation department. Health and Safety Experience would be an asset. Your key responsibilities will be but not limited to:

Job Requirements

• Scheduling of the installation technicians.
• Preparation of daily work orders and entering them onto the schedule board.
• Process and price work orders daily.
• Estimating for Time and Materials jobs.
• Co-ordinate equipment and materials required with the purchasing department.
• Ensuring that all equipment model and serial numbers are documented.
• Preparing equipment and materials for installation.
• Site visit/inspections.
• Preparing invoices for installations day of the install and ensuring payment received.
• Follow up calls to customers.
• Ensuring payment of Time and Material jobs.
• Prepare monthly reports.
• Health and Safety.
